We need to be able to set deadlines (have a time frame) for people to respond on boards. After the deadline passes, new responses won't be allowed/collected.

allow users to add options before deciding starts. So that would need a 2 step phase. setup options phase decision phase then users could add own options and it would be "ensured" that everybody can decide on each option.

imagine a plenum with 100 people. you do a presentation and invite the audience to take part in a decision process by sharing a qr code / url on the screen or in the chat. It would be great if people could take part anonymously - or if set as option non anyonmously (so they would have to enter their email after clicking on the link / opening the qr
